Privacy policy

4linediary is a personal diary app. This policy describes what the app and its API at api.4linediary.com store, and why.

What we store

• Account email and a one-way password hash
• Diary text you write, the date of each entry, and whether it is a draft or complete
• The dates you mark a recitation
• Settings: language, reminder on or off, reminder time, and time zone
• A session token so you stay signed in

We do not ask for your contacts, photos, location, or advertising identifier.

Why

We store this so you can sign in, keep your diary, and see it on your devices. Reminders are scheduled on your phone. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Account and diary data are stored in Cloudflare D1, operated for this app. Traffic uses HTTPS.

How long

We keep your data until you delete the account. Deleting the account removes the user, sessions, diary entries, recitation records, and settings from the database.

Children

4linediary is not directed at children under 13.
